He is a BJJ purple belt under Renzo Gracie and wrestled in college. That knowledge with his accomplishments in muay thai give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Training Gyms in Montrose.
Steven “the prodigy” Williams is our head BJJ instructor. He earned the name the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of BJJ Blackbelt from Renzo Gracie. Steven was flown around the country to help train top level UFC guys, He was flown back and forth to Canada to be the main training partner for GSP for over 4 years. Steven is undefeated in MMA and has won many advanced grapplers quests, naga’s, and grappling tournments (too many to list).
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. He scored the fastest knockout in golden gloves history and is a NY golden gloves champ. Joey is a professional boxer with an undefeated record of 5 and 0 Joey comes from a bloodline of boxing greatness. Both is father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. have trained world champions.
