Michael Stewart is the head MMA coach. He is a pro level grappler and a college wrestler. He is ranked number 1 in the northeast region at light heavyweight.
Our Muay Thai Coach here at WFC is Primo Bellarosa. Since the age of 8 he has been training. A full time coach for the past 10 years. He is a 7 time muay thai champion in 3 weight classes. Primo has coached and cornered guys in the highest level of the sport. Including Strikeforce, Bellator, and the UFC. Primo wrestled in college and is a purple belt in BJJ under Renzo Gracie. That knowledge with his accomplishments in muay thai give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Classes in Bedford Hills.
Steven “the prodigy” Williams is our head BJJ instructor. He is nicknamed the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of BJJ Blackbelt from Renzo Gracie. He was the main sparring and training partner for GSP during 4 years of his career. Steven is undefeated in MMA and has won many advanced grapplers quests, naga’s, and grappling tournments (too many to list).
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. A golden gloves champion who made history recording the quickest Knockout in golden gloves history. He is undefeated as a pro with at 5-0. Joey comes from a bloodline of boxing greatness. Both is father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. have trained world champions.
