He has fought in 3 weight classes and is a 7 time muay thai champion. Primo has coached and cornered guys in the highest level of the sport. Including Strikeforce, Bellator, and the UFC. Primo wrestled in college and is a purple belt in BJJ under Renzo Gracie. That knowledge with his accomplishments in muay thai give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Training Gyms in Mohegan LakeN.
Steven “the prodigy” Williams is our head BJJ instructor. He earned the name the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of blackbelt under Renzo Gracie himself. He was the main sparring and training partner for GSP during 4 years of his career. Steven is undefeated in MMA and has won many advanced grapplers quests, naga’s, and grappling tournments (too many to list).
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. He scored the fastest knockout in golden gloves history and is a NY golden gloves champ. Joey is a professional boxer with an undefeated record of 5 and 0 Joey comes from a bloodline of boxing greatness. Both is father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. have trained world champions.
