Our head MMA Coach is Michael Stewart. He is a pro level grappler and a college wrestler. In the northeast region he is the number 1 ranked light heavyweight.
Our Muay Thai Coach here at WFC is Primo Bellarosa. Since the age of 8 he has been training. A full time coach for the past 10 years. He has fought in 3 weight classes and is a 7 time muay thai champion. Primo has coached and cornered guys in the highest level of the sport. Including Strikeforce, Bellator, and the UFC. Primo wrestled in college and is a purple belt in BJJ under Renzo Gracie. That knowledge with his accomplishments in muay thai give him an edge when it comes to teaching striking for MMA Training Gyms in Cortlandt Manor.
Our head BJJ instructor is Steven “the prodigy” Williams. He is nicknamed the prodigy because he was the youngest and fastest to achieve the level of blackbelt under Renzo Gracie himself. He was the main sparring and training partner for GSP during 4 years of his career. Steven has won many advanced grapplers quest and naga tournaments (too many to list) and he is undefeated in MMA competition.
Our boxing coach at WFC is Joey Valle. A golden gloves champion who made history recording the quickest Knockout in golden gloves history. Joey is a professional boxer with an undefeated record of 5 and 0 Both Joey’s father and grandfather Victor Valle Sr. and Jr. are world renowned trainers that trained and cornered world champions.
